Processing Your Order

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If the item, you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Local/Public Holidays.

Shipping Times

We use Royal Mail for most our deliveries. You can expect your parcel within 2-4 business days. When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Destinations

Currently we ship to the United Kingdom, however, arrangements can be made if you require International Shipment. Please contact Hedgy Socks prior to placing your order if you require special shipment.

Import Duties and Taxes

When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us, and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.  There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value.  In certain situations, your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid.  In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. You may also need to provide specific documentation for clearance of your order once it arrives in your destination country.  This may vary from country to country, and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.

COVID-19 Shipping Updates

Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. 

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Delays

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these above-mentioned times are met. However, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

Orders Returned to Us

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All Round Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a parcel is lost or damaged, please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

Returns

We hope your order meets your expectations, however if you are dissatisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund (within 14 days from the date of dispatch).

Please contact our Customer Service team per email within 14 days of your original order shipment date, quoting your order number and we will explain how to return your product(s). Please note we can only offer a refund if returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

Products must be returned in their original condition and unfortunately, we are unable to accept items back that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, your original delivery cost will not be refunded. Your return request will be processed promptly and are processed within 6 working days of receipt.

Once your return has been processed, an email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. When you return a product or products, we recommend you use a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

No Products may be returned to Hedgy Socks without the prior Agreement in writing of Hedgy Socks.  Subject thereto any Products returned which Hedgy Socks is satisfied were supplied subject to defects of quality or condition which would not be apparent on inspection shall either be replaced free of charge or, at Hedgy Socks's sole discretion Hedgy Socks shall refund or credit to the Customer the price of such defective Products but Hedgy Socks shall have no further liability to the Customer.

Hedgy Socks   shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any wilful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow Hedgy Socks's instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration of the Products without Hedgy Socks's approval, or any other act or omission on the part of the Customer, its employees, or agents or any third party.

Subject as expressly provided in this Agreement, and except where the Products are sold under a consumer sale, all warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Customer shall be responsible to ensure that, except to the extent that instructions as to the use or sale of the Products are contained in the packaging or labelling of the Products, any use or sale of the Products by the Customer is in compliance with all applicable statutory provisions and that handling, and sale of the Products by the Customer is carried out in accordance with directions given by Hedgy Socks or any competent governmental or regulatory authority. The Customer will indemnify Hedgy Socks against any liability loss or damage which Hedgy Socks might suffer as a result of the Customer's failure to comply with this condition.
